How Your Emotions Are Your Vibrations and Your Super Attractor!

Welcome, beautiful souls! Today, we are diving deep into the incredible connection between your emotions and vibrations. Did you know that your emotions are like the energetic vibrations you emit out into the universe? It's true! And understanding this powerful concept can transform your life into a super attractor of all that you desire. So, let's embark on this journey together and discover how your emotions can shape your reality!

Emotions are the result of our thoughts and have a profound impact on how we show up in the world. They are like the language of our soul, guiding us towards our desires and dreams. That's why it's crucial to check in with our emotions regularly because, whether we realize it or not, we are manifesting every single day.

To help us navigate our emotional well-being and vibrational frequency, we can turn to the Emotional Guidance Scale (EGS) (sometimes known as emotional vibration chart or emotional vibration scale). This scale consists of 22 emotions, ranging from love to fear, each with its corresponding frequency:

  1. Joy / Knowledge / Empowerment / Freedom / Love / Appreciation
  2. Passion
  3. Enthusiasm
  4. Positive Expectation / Belief
  5. Optimism
  6. Hopefulness
  7. Contentment
  8. Boredom
  9. Pessimism
  10. Frustration / Irritation / Impatience
  11. Overwhelment
  12. Disappointment
  13. Doubt
  14. Worry
  15. Blame
  16. Discouragement
  17. Anger
  18. Revenge
  19. Hatred/Rage
  20. Jealousy
  21. Insecurity / Guilt / Unworthiness
  22. Fear / Grief / Depression / Despair / Powerlessness

By using the EGS, we can identify our default emotional setting and address our current mood.

The goal is to gradually increase our vibration, one step at a time, moving towards higher emotions. It's important to acknowledge and feel our negative emotions rather than avoiding them. Remember, they are part of the human experience. Through practices like meditation, journaling, or exercise, we can release these negative emotions and make space for positivity and growth.

Gratitude is a powerful practice that helps us maintain positive emotions and attract more happiness into our lives. By cultivating an attitude of gratitude, we raise our vibration and align ourselves with the abundance of the universe. It takes time and practice to develop an emotional standpoint of love, but the rewards are immeasurable.

Each person's path is unique, and there is no right or wrong way to feel. The focus should be on moving up the Emotional Guidance Scale from where we are, rather than reaching the top. Our thoughts play a crucial role in shifting our emotions and moving up the scale. By consciously choosing positive thoughts, we can elevate our energy and attract higher frequencies.

The EGS exercise is a powerful tool that helps us become more aware of our emotions and make conscious efforts to improve them. It's a journey of self-discovery and self-love. As we navigate and transform our emotional state using the EGS, we align ourselves with the life we want to manifest.

Remember, the goal is not to avoid negative emotions but to work through them and release them. The EGS exercise can be a healing process that allows us to let go of self-shame and negative emotions. By practicing gratitude and self-care, we can maintain positive emotions and a higher vibration.

The law of vibration teaches us that we are all energy vibrating on a certain frequency. Everything in the universe, including our thoughts, emotions, and even people, has a vibrational frequency. To manifest what we want, we need to identify the vibration of our desires and raise our own vibration to become a vibrational match.

Our intuition is deeply connected to the law of vibration. It can help us pick up on other people's emotional vibrations and guide us towards our desires. By mastering our emotions, tuning into our intuition, and embracing the feeling of already having what we want, we become powerful super attractors.
